Born in 1966, Dominique graduated with a Licentiatus iuris (’88) from the University of Geneva Law School. She completed an LL.M. in Trade Regulation with a concentration in Intellectual Property at New York University School of Law in 2002.
From 1988 to 1990, she worked as a trainee at Etude de Me Albert-Louis Dupont-Willemin, Geneva, and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1990. She served as in-house counsel at the Department for public economy of the State Geneva. Thereafter Dominique worked as an associate at several prominent law firms, including Bonnant Warluzel & Associés (1994-2001), BMG Avocats (2002-2005) and Lalive (2005-2008), before becoming a partner at Brown&Page (2008-2016). In 2016, she joined BCCC as an associate which became BianchiSchwald in 2017, before joining Canonica Valticos Carnicé & Associés in 2024.
Dominique represents individual and corporate clients before local and federal criminal courts in various fields of criminal law, particularly business crimes such as money laundering, corruption, and criminal organizations. She is also active in international mutual assistance in criminal matters. Additionally, she advises clients in civil litigation, including contract disputes and debt collection, and represents clients in international commercial arbitration.
In parallel to her legal work, Dominique has published several articles on anti-corruption and other legal topics.
She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
