Délia Badan

Born in 1992, Délia Badan graduates with a Bachelor of Laws (’15) from the University of Geneva and a Master of Laws (’17) from the Universities of Geneva and Reading (UK). She also completes a Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions (CAS) in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, she works as a junior associate for Canonica Valticos de Preux + Associés prior to be admitted to the Geneva bar (2019). In 2020, she obtains an LL.M degree in International Financial Law from King’s College London. She subsequently practiced as an associate with the Firm Lenz & Staehelin (Banking and Finance) before re-joining Canonica Valticos de Preux + Associés in December 2020 as an associate.

She is the Founder of Hapen.ch (a company delivering legal services to start-ups and entrepreneurs).

Her main areas of practice are Financial law, Contract Law and Corporate Law as well as Litigation in Civil and Commercial matters.

Délia Badan is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and of the Swiss Bar Association.
