Angèle de Preux-Bersier was born in 1990. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in 2013, a certificate of Transnational Law in 2014 and a Master’s in Public Law in 2015 from the University of Geneva. While studying for her Master of Laws, she attended the program offered by the Law Clinic on the Rights of Vulnerable Persons. She also participated in the program offered by the Duke-Geneva Institute in Transnational Law. After obtaining a certificate of advanced studies in legal professions in 2015, she worked as a Lawyer Trainee at the Cabinet Mayor from February 2016 to January 2017. In May 2016, she joined the Fiscal and Financial Commission of the Geneva Bar Association.
Her main areas of practice are criminal law, tax law, commercial law and counsel for start-ups.
Angèle de Preux-Bersier joined the law firm Canonica Valticos de Preux + associés as a trainee lawyer in February 2017 and as an associate since September 2018.
