Dante CANONICA

Dante CANONICA was born in 1953. He obtained a degree in law from the University of Geneva in 1977 and was admitted to the Bar in 1979. He joined the firm of Webster & Sheffield in New York (1980-1981) as an associate. Dante CANONICA joined the firm as an associate in 1982 and has been a partner since 1988.

 

He specializes in banking and finance law, company and commercial law, the law of partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, trusts and estates and international tax law.

 

Counsel to a number of important family groups, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of several Swiss and foreign finance companies.

 

Dante CANONICA is a member of the Bar Association of Geneva, the Swiss Lawyers Association and the Geneva Business Law Association.
